We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Once received, the customer care team at SVA Couture would study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be facilitated.
EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It's easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail
Step 1
You need to inform us by email within 48 hours of receiving the parcel on customercare@svacouture.com If we are not informed within 48 hours regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
Step 2
Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" the confirmation email from us.
Step 3
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice, and Courier the parcel back to us. Address details will be shared in the email.
● We do not return or exchange Gift Certificates & Accessories once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect.
● No returns/Exchanges on discounted merchandise.
● All custom made orders are non-returnable.
Outside India
We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders. unless the product is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered. In an exceptional case to case basis, if a customer is able to facilitate the return of goods at any of our stores in India, within 14 days from delivery, we can facilitate an exchange for the customer.
